Allied health professional registration fees

(Fees are subject to Hawaii GE tax and registration site fees)
Licensed providers registration fee includes CME lectures & educational material, with the potential to earn up to 10 Category 1 CME credits for lectures attended, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast on Sunday and a guaranteed seat at PMAH’s Signature Saturday Night Gala & Dinner.
Residents - $130 per day
Medical and Allied health students and Undergraduates — free to attend.
